Aid to Ukraine

In late afternoon hours Prince Peter I convened the Princely Council and proposed new aid package for Ukraine following in next points:

1. Financial aid,

2. visa waiver,

3. carnovian citizenship.

All these points should ensure that Ukraine recieves financial aid from the Central Government of Carnovia, Ukraine victims of Russian invasion shall be relieved from visa duty entry requirement, refugees will be offered Carnovian citizenship as second citizenship to their Ukrainian one, thus giving them right to be provided with necessary equipment and other things by Government.
