Two months ago official webistes of government and database were dropped presumably by cyber attack conducted by external forces. At the time, we believed that Kybistan was behind the attack. Unfortunately, we still do not know for sure who is to blame. We have no direct evidence, yet we have blamed Kybistan for its long-held, declassified plans. In these plans, the names of at least 5 states that were to fall victim to Kybistani aggression came up. Fortunately, no further attack took place. The government and the Security Council have decided to keep diplomatic contact to a minimum to ensure security and stabilize internal forces and affairs. We can now say with absolute certainty that everything has calmed down and we do not intend to develop the situation further. Kybistan paid for its mistakes.
