Sanctions for Russia

In morning hours on 25 February Princely council of Carnovia deliberated sactions against the Russian Federation as they have unanimously agreed on that invasion of Ukraine was unjustified and thus sactions are needed. Also Council decided to openly support Ukraine in its defense effort.

Princely council proposed and approved following sactions:

1. With immediate application visas given to Russian citizens no longer validate, as for visas issued by Carnovia or Czech republic. Exceptions are made in case of humanitarian aid,

2. bank and market gate is closed to Russian citizens and to legal entities of Russian origin,

3. Carnovian National Bank devalue official Russian currency, "Russian Ruble" by prohibiting of its usage and other regulatory means,

4. national media agencies of the Russian Federation are prohibited to carry out their information and communication activities on the territory of Carnovia,

5. diplomats or other officials of the Russian Federation are prohibited to enter the country,

6. all Russian equipment, stocks, supplies, or any physical material owned by Russia located within borders of Carnovia, will be confiscated and allocated for purposes of protection.

Validity of Sactions is immediate.
